Market access
Coverage, restrictions and the payer path for a molecule, by book and by plan. Channel mix between fee-for-service and managed care. IRA selection risk, so you know whether a molecule is exposed to negotiation and when.
Consulting · pharma & healthcare
Eight services, each a lens plus a person who knows the data. You bring a molecule and a question. You get the evidence, with its source and vintage on every figure. The decision stays with you.
The eight services
Every service runs on the same platform. The service name is the question you bring; the lens names are where the answer comes from. Nothing here is modelled or estimated. Each figure is counted from authorised sources and carries its vintage.
Coverage, restrictions and the payer path for a molecule, by book and by plan. Channel mix between fee-for-service and managed care. IRA selection risk, so you know whether a molecule is exposed to negotiation and when.
Approvals, shortages, recalls, inspections and citations, read on the molecule and on the plant. You see the record behind each site that makes the product, not a summary of it.
The cliff timeline for a molecule, the challengers already queued, and the real opening date rather than the listed one. Where tail patents are all that remain, the page says so.
Market share, the moat around it, rival supply and who is gaining paid volume. Share is counted from paid records, never rounded to a total, so gains and losses are visible period by period.
Entry opportunities ranked by prize, opening date and sourcing risk. Each candidate is followed through the full molecule journey, from demand and payer to plant and supplier, on one page.
Who makes it, where, with what inspection record, and how exposed the supply is if one site or one supplier falls out. Plants are placed on a map with their history attached.
Shipment-level buyers, suppliers and corridors for a product or a company. Who is shipping what, to whom and at what price, plus global bilateral flows by product and period.
Prevalence, patients, paid spend and the drugs that treat a condition, by state. Demand is read from the condition down to the molecule, so a portfolio can be sized against the patients behind it.
On screen
A service is not a slide. It is a lens page you can open, filter and read yourself, with the source line under every chart.
Market access. Where high paid demand meets the hardest plan gating, by book, by insurer and by molecule, on a single snapshot with its year stated.
Patent & exclusivity. Paid dollars reaching their cliff by year, the real wall against the listed one, and the challengers already filed, with the source line under the chart.
How an engagement runs
There is no long onboarding. The platform already holds the data, so the first session is on your product, not on a sample.
Send one molecule or one product. We walk through what the platform already knows about it, lens by lens, on the live system.
Pick one service and one set of questions. We run them with you over a fixed period and hand over the evidence with its sources and vintages.
Keep the lenses and the Ask console open for your team, or take a single dossier on one molecule and stop there. Both are priced separately.
The platform never writes back and never needs your internal data. What you bring to a session stays with you.
What comes back
Each service follows the same path. The question is resolved to a molecule key, the right lenses read the prebuilt marts, and every figure comes back with the register it was counted from and the year it belongs to.
Evidence, not advice
A dossier or a lens page shows the signal and the register it came from. It does not say launch, exit or invest. That call belongs to your team, who know what the data cannot.
Each number names the register it was counted from and the year it belongs to. When two registers overlap, the page shows the larger one rather than adding them.
Nothing is modelled, extrapolated or filled in. If a source does not hold a figure, the page says so instead of guessing.
Questions we are asked
No. It gives them the counted evidence in minutes rather than weeks, with the source attached. Interpretation, context and the recommendation stay with your analysts.
Authorised sources only: registers, records, spending and claims, and shipment data. Every figure names its source. We do not buy panels, survey or estimate.
Each dataset carries its own vintage, and the vintage is shown on every figure. The Data Atlas lists all 177 datasets with the period they cover, so you always know what year a number belongs to.
Yes, through Ask. Type a question in plain English. The service writes and checks the query, runs it read-only, and verifies every number against the records before it answers. How Ask verifies itself.
Yes. Shipment-level export and import records, by product, company and destination, plus global bilateral flows by product and period. See Trade Data.
