What this website collects, what it does not, and who else receives a request when you use it. Last updated 10 September 2026.
This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no sign-in and no analytics. It does not set cookies of its own and it does not track you across pages or across visits.
The form on the contact page is submitted through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. FormSubmit forwards the submission to suresh@transdatanexus.com. We do not run a server of our own for the form.
The form asks for your name, company, email address, role and a message, plus the product you are interested in and a molecule or product name if you choose to give one. We use this information only to reply to your request. It is kept in the mailbox it was sent to and is not added to any list.
FormSubmit handles the submission under its own terms and privacy policy. If you would rather not use the form, you can email suresh@transdatanexus.com directly.
The walkthrough video on the home page is served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you play it, YouTube may set cookies and receive information about the playback under Google's privacy policy.
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives that request, including your IP address, under Google's privacy policy.
To have a demo request and the details in it deleted, email suresh@transdatanexus.com from the address you used. We will delete it and confirm.
This policy covers the website only. The Trade Data, Healthcare & Pharma and NLQ platforms are deployed privately for each client. How each deployment handles data is set out in the written agreement with that client, not on this page.
