Connected intelligence for pharma and healthcare markets.

Consulting for pharma teams, three intelligence platforms and buyable data packages on one data layer, and platform development for companies that want an intelligence layer of their own. Built from authorised sources, run read-only.

What we offer

Three ways to work with the same data layer.

Ask us to answer a question, use the platforms and data yourself, or have us build the intelligence layer your company will own.

01 · Consulting

Pharma & healthcare consulting

Market access, regulatory, patent and exclusivity, commercial, portfolio, supply, trade and disease questions, answered as evidence with source and vintage on every figure.

02 · Products

Platforms and data packages

Three intelligence platforms: Trade Data, Healthcare & Pharma with nine lenses, and NLQ. The harmonised datasets behind them, available as packages on their own or together with the platform.

All products →
03 · Development

Intelligence platform development

We build intelligence platforms for healthcare and pharma companies: the data layer, the lenses, the natural-language query service, deployed under your brand and owned by you.

Platform development →

Products · three platforms, one data layer

Everything sits on the same spine, so nothing disagrees.

Each platform answers a different question. All three read the same resolved data, which is why a number in a lens, a number in the trade explorer and a number in an Ask answer are the same number.

Platform 01

Trade Data

Shipment-level pharmaceutical trade intelligence: who ships what, where and at what price, plus global bilateral flows by product and period.

Platform 02

Healthcare & Pharma

US healthcare and pharma intelligence on a molecule spine: entry, supply, market access, competition, disease, facilities, regulatory and the full molecule journey, each as its own lens.

Ask console answering a plain-English question with verified figures, charts and sources
Platform 03

NLQ · Ask

Ask in plain English. The service finds the right tables, writes and checks the SQL, runs it read-only, and verifies every number against the records before it answers.

Data packages

The harmonised datasets behind the platforms, delivered as files with a molecule crosswalk, a vintage manifest and an integrity report. Buy a package without the intelligence layer and use it in your own tools.

The packages and the platform together: lenses, the Data Atlas and Ask deployed privately for your team, refreshed as registers are released. Or the same stack built under your brand.

Three screens, real data.

Every screen below is the live system on real records, not a mock-up. Switch between the platforms.

trade · flow analyserlive
Trade flow analyser for paracetamol: market value, shipments, top importing countries and a flow diagram from supplier to importer

Follow one product to every buyer.

Pick a drug or a supplier. The analyser totals the shipments, ranks the importing countries, lists the importers behind each one and draws the corridor.

  • Shipment grain kept. Every total can be opened back to the shipments behind it.
  • Company and country profiles built from the same records.
  • Global module for bilateral flows across 105 reporter countries.

Who it is for

Fifteen roles. Six hundred and fifty-seven verified questions.

The Ask library is organised by the people who use it. Each role has a set of questions that have been run, checked and kept, so a new user starts from what their peers already asked.

Walkthrough

Watch the platform, not a slide about it.

A recorded walkthrough of the US pharma and healthcare platform: the Data Atlas, the lenses, the molecule journey and the Ask console, on real data.

The mechanism

One molecule spine. Every number traceable.

Sources arrive on different grains: a shipment, a prescription, an approval, a plant. Each is resolved to one canonical molecule key before anything is counted, and overlapping registers are taken at their maximum rather than summed. That is what stops the same prescription being counted twice.

What changes

The same questions, answered differently.

Nothing here replaces judgment. It replaces the week spent assembling the numbers judgment is applied to.

Data coverage

Counted from the data itself, never estimated.

The Data Atlas catalogues every dataset behind the platform with its lineage, vintage and integrity checks. These are the counts it reports. Every family below is also available as a data package.

Consulting

The questions pharma teams bring us.

Each service is a lens plus a person who knows the data. The output is evidence with its source and vintage, never a recommendation dressed as a number.

Market access

Coverage, restrictions and the payer path for a molecule, by book and by plan.

Regulatory

Approvals, shortages, recalls, inspections and citations, on the molecule and on the plant.

Patent & exclusivity

The cliff timeline, the challengers queued and when the door actually opens.

Commercial & competitive

Market share, the moat, rival supply and who is gaining paid volume.

Portfolio & pipeline

Entry opportunities ranked by prize, opening date and sourcing risk.

Supply & sourcing

Who makes it, where, with what inspection record, and how exposed the supply is.

Trade & BD

Shipment-level buyers, suppliers and corridors for a product or a company.

Disease & demand

Prevalence, patients, paid spend and the drugs that treat it, by state.

Development

An intelligence platform of your own.

We build what we run: the data layer that harmonises registers onto one spine, the lens interface, the natural-language query service with its verification gates, and the trade explorer. Deployed under your brand, on your data or ours, owned by you.

  • Healthcare and pharma first. The spine, the lenses and the question library already exist; your platform starts from them.
  • Run it or own it. Managed by us, or handed over with the code and the pipelines.
  • Proof on this page. Every screen above is a platform we built and operate.

Enterprise & deployment

Built to sit inside a regulated company.

The platform is an intelligence layer, not a system of record. It reads, it never writes, and everything it shows can be traced.

Single-tenant

Deployed privately for each client, on your infrastructure or ours. Nothing is shared between clients.

Read-only

The warehouse is opened read-only. Every query carries a time and memory cap. Nothing writes back.

Auditable

Every Ask answer ships with its SQL and records. Every lens figure shows its source and vintage.

Yours to take out

Spreadsheet export from every view. Question text goes to the model provider to draft SQL; your data does not.

How we work

Start on your molecule. Stop whenever the question is answered.

01

Demo no cost

One molecule or product, on the live system, in thirty minutes. You see what the platform already knows about it.

02

Pilot fixed scope

One question set, run on the platform for your team. Fixed scope, fixed period, typically two to four weeks.

03

Access annual

All lenses, the Data Atlas and Ask for your team, deployed privately, refreshed as registers are released.

04

Build your platform

A data package, a dossier, or a full intelligence platform built for your company and owned by you.

Questions we are asked

Before you request a demo.

Does this replace analysts?

No. It replaces the assembly work around them. Analysts still decide what the numbers mean; they stop spending the week finding and reconciling them.

Where does the data come from?

Authorised sources only: registers, records and shipment data. Every figure names its source and vintage. Nothing is modelled or estimated.

Can we buy the data without the platform?

Yes. Each family on the Data Atlas is available as a package: harmonised files, a molecule crosswalk, a vintage manifest and an integrity report, for use in your own tools.

Is anything sent outside?

The text of a question goes to the model provider so it can draft SQL. Your data, the records and the answers stay in the deployment.

Can you build this for us?

Yes. The data layer, the lenses and the query service are built and operated by us today. We build the same stack for healthcare and pharma companies, under their brand, and hand it over.

What does a demo look like?

You name a molecule. We open the platform on it, lens by lens, then ask one question of yours in the console. No slides.

See it on your molecule first.

Send one molecule or one product. We will walk you through what the platform already knows about it, on the live system.
